THE TEAM
Frank is a seasoned manufactured housing operator with over 20 years of real estate experience. He has helped scale MHC portfolios across hundreds of communities, overseeing more than 11,000 sites at a time, partnering in $1.9B of acquisitions and $1.4B in dispositions, and leading successful institutional exits - bringing that experience to Thrive as a hands-on owner and operator.
Luke is the first member of the field team, bringing hands-on experience in residential construction and community improvements. He oversees infrastructure upgrades, home installations, and beautification projects across Thrive’s portfolio - ensuring every investment is built with quality, care, and a resident-first mindset.
Nikki is a people-first operator with over 28 years of experience as a salon owner and real estate professional. She successfully built and operated a customer-focused business for more than two decades before becoming a licensed Realtor, and now leads home sales and resident engagement at Thrive - bringing hands-on care, sales expertise, and a deep commitment to community connection.
