Frank & Nikki Sheppard
Frank and Nikki Sheppard are the passionate founders of Thrive Communities, a mission-driven, vertically integrated real estate investment company focused on revitalizing and reimagining affordable housing across small towns throughout the Midwest. With a shared commitment to service, community, and long-term impact, they launched Thrive Communities in 2023 to provide high-quality, resident-focused manufactured home living.
Drawing on years of experience in manufactured housing real estate investment, Frank and Nikki work side-by-side to build communities where families can truly THRIVE — not just survive. Their hands-on approach, deep care for residents, and drive to make a difference continue to shape Thrive’s culture and success every day.
